Shipping Information:
Shipping costs around the world vary considerably dependent
upon not only your location but also the weight of your package. If you
choose to pay through our regular payment system postage costs will be
be automatically included. However, if you complete payment via paypal
we will invoice you upon completion of your order. We always do our very
best to source the most cost effective method of shipping. Once gift(s)
have been purchased we will weigh and invoice to the email specified id
using Paypal. This system ensures accurate shipping costs giving you the
best value for money.
Payment Methods:
Gilmartins Craft shop accepts payments through all recognized credit and
debit cards as well as Paypal and Nochex.
• PAYPAL: If you choose to pay via Paypal you will
be automatically directed to their secure site from our Shopping Cart
and will need to login as usual to complete your payment. If you do not
currently have an account with them, you can still make payment using
their secure servers and you will be automatically taken to their website
to complete your checkout. Paypal allows you to pay with your bank account,
debit card, credit card or your PayPal balance. Please be assured that
the PayPal servers work on the highest level of internet security and
convenience. Paypal as with Nochex, never share your financial information
with sellers and as such we at Gilmartins Craft Shop are not aware of
any of your card details, only that you have made payment for your website
order. As this method also provides immediate secure payment for your
order, it will enable priority processing and shipment. All orders placed
receive an immediate email confirmation which shows your unique order
number.
• NOCHEX: Email Money (No Account required and
totally free to send money). Nochex offer a secure, reliable online payment
facility to which you will be directed automatically from our Shopping
Cart (For use only with cards issued by UK Banks - for cards issued by
non-UK Banks then you will need to use PayPal). Please be assured that
NOCHEX uses the latest level of internet security and convenience. Nochex
as with Paypal, never share your financial information with sellers and
as such we at Gilmartins Craft Shop are not aware of any of your card
details, only that you have made payment for your website order. Nochex
is safe, secure and quick and orders are prioritised for processing &
shipping. All orders placed receive an immediate email confirmation which
shows your unique order number.
Cheques and Postal Orders...
If this is your preferred method of payment then please make your Cheque/Postal
order payable to Gilmartins Craft Shop. Please add a copy of the order
confirmation email with your payment to ensure correct processing of your
order.

Returns...
We are totally confident that you will be happy with your purchases. However,
If goods are delivered to you in a damaged condition you must inform us
as soon as possible by emailing marian@gilmartinscraftshop.com. or calling 028 686 58371. Please retain the original packaging for returning
your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund, whichever
is your preference.
We are prepared to offer a full refund on any goods purchased, providing
confirmation is received by us within 7 working days of you receiving
the goods. Following this the unused goods must be returned, at the customer's
expense, within the 7 days of the notice to cancel. Items should be unopened
and in the original packaging. You will receive a full refund once we
have checked that the item is in good condition. If the item is not 'as
new' a refund will be given of the approximate resale value. If we do
not receive the goods back, or evidence that they have been dispatched
to us, we will deem that you have accepted the goods and no longer wish
to cancel the order.
Out of Stock...
With a few items we may experience longer delivery times if stock deliveries
are delayed. We will contact you to advise if an item is out of stock
with an estimate of the delivery date.

Confidential information. Customer details including credit card details
are held securely and are not passed to third parties and are used only
in accordance with the Data Protection Act. We guarantee that all our
customer information is kept confidential. When you place an order you
provide information we need to process your order. This will include your
name, address, email, telephone number and delivery address details. Gilmartins
Craft Shop will not sell or share customer details with any other companies.
This means that you be sure that you will never receive 'junk email' of
